该科是青岛市特色专科，全国麻醉新药临床研究基地。采用胶原酶化学溶解术、臭氧髓核消融术等多种微创介入方法治疗颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出症，具有不开刀、疗效佳、创伤小等优点；采用神经介入毁损技术治疗原发性三叉神经痛、带状疱疹后遗神经痛、顽固性癌痛，达国内先进水平。

As one of the specialty clinics in Qingdao and a national clinical research base for new methods of anesthesia, the Anesthesia Department has introduced minimally invasive interventions through collagenase chemolysis and ozone neucleolysis for the treatment of cervical spondylosis, and lubar intervertebral disc protrusion. These methods have the advantages of avoiding operation, high efficacy and minimal invasiveness.  It has reached the advanced level in China in nerve interventional operation for primary trigeminal neuralgia, herpes zoster neuralgia and refractory cancer pain.
