该中心下辖心脏内科、心脏外科
心脏内科是青岛市重点学科，擅长心脏病的介入性诊断和治疗。目前已经开展的介入治疗技术包括经皮冠状动脉成形术、冠状动脉内支架植入术、起搏器植入术、经皮球囊二尖瓣成形术、快速心律失常射频消融术、先天性心脏病封堵和外周血管病的介入治疗等，达到国内先进水平，部分达国内领先水平。
心脏内科学术带头人王旭，主任医师、教授、硕士研究生导师、青岛市卫生局专业技术拔尖人才。先后开展了经皮骨髓间充质干细胞核内皮祖细胞心脏移植治疗顽固性心衰、血管内超声指导下心肌梗塞血栓抽吸技术和应用等新技术。
The
center is composed of two parts: Internal Medicine Cardiology
and cardiac surgery. The cardiac internal medicine department is
a specialty clinic in Qingdao for interventional diagnosis and
treatment of heart diseases. At present, interventional
therapeutic techniques developed at the center
include:percutaneous transcoronary angioplasty, intracoronary
stenting, pacemaker implantation, percutaneous balloon mitral
valvuloplasty, tachyarrhythmia radio-frequency ablation,
congenital heart disease plugging, as well as interventional
therapy of peripheral vascular diseases, reaching the advanced
level in China, and leading the country in some areas.

Wang
Xu, Chief Physician, Professor, As an outstanding specialist of
Qingdao, Dr. wang is an expert in the treatment of intractable
heart failure through transplant of endothelial progenitor cell
(EPC) of mesenchymal stem cell (MSC), and aspiration
thrombectomy for myocardial infarction with intravascular
ultrasound guidance.
心脏外科是青岛市特色专科，以治疗各种成人心血管疾病为特色。开展了常规体外循环和非体外循环心脏不停跳下行冠状动脉搭桥手术治疗冠心病，采用国际先进技术和方法施行心脏瓣膜成形或瓣膜置换手术治疗各种危重心脏瓣膜疾病，达国内领先水平；采用外科手术和微创血官腔内隔绝术治疗主动脉瘤、主动脉夹层分离等大血管疾病，手术成功率达98%以上，填补了青岛市和山东省多项空白。
心脏外科学科带头人池一凡，主任医师、教授、硕士研究生导师、院长助理、青岛市卫生局专业技术拔尖人才、青岛市优秀临床医学专家。2000年留法回国后建立心脏外科，仅5年多的时间，就使该科手术难度和手术质量达到了国内先进水平，成为在省内发展较快并具竞争力的科室。
The
cardiac surgery department is also a specialty clinic in Qingdao,
featuring treatment of adult heart diseases. Its off-pump
coronary artery bypass and conventional coronary artery bypass
surgery have been used in treating CAD. The department has
internationally-advanced techniques and methods for cardiac
valvuloplasty and cardiac valve replacement for patients with
serious valvular heart diseases. Their surgical and minimal
invasive endovascular exclusion methods for treating serious
vascular diseases such as aortic aneurysm and aortic dissection
have a success rate of 98%, leading the medical community in
Qingdao and Shandong Province.
