该科是青岛市重点学科，设有老年病房、老年门诊及社区医疗服务中心。该科在中老年心血管病，尤其是介入心脏病学，冠状动脉外科和分子心脏病研究领域居国内先进水平，已先后举办多期全国学习班和地区学术会议，研究和取得的工作成果已在全国众多医院应用及推广。
学科带头人康维强，主任医师、教授、博士研究生导师、青岛市专业技术拔尖人才、青岛市优秀临床医学专家。从事缺血性心脏病、心力衰竭及心律失常的诊疗；心室功能和血流动力学的研究；心血管超声技术，血管重建技术评价等研究已获得卫生部科技进步二等奖2项，山东省和青岛市科技进步奖14项，承担省市科研课题6项。
Geriatrics is one of the key specialty clinics in Qingdao, with
special wards, an outpatient department and a community medical
service center. In the area of angiocardiopathy for middle-aged
and elderly people, especially in interventional cardiology,
coronary artery surgery, and the study of molecular heart
diseases, the clinic has reached the advanced level in China.
Many national and regional academic conferences have been
successfully held by this clinic. Research results from this
institute have been adopted to the clinic in many hospitals
across China.

Kang
Weiqiang, Chief Physician, Professor, Dr. Kang is an expert in
the field of geriatrics, including the diagnosis and treatment
of ischemic heart diseases, heart failure and arrhythmia, and
study of ventricular functions and hemodynamics. His research
achievements such as the evaluations of cardiovascular
ultrasound techniques and vascular reconstruction techniques
have won a second prize of the Ministry of Public Health for
scientific and technological progress and 14 prizes of Shandong
Province and Qingdao City. He has been responsible for 6
research projects at the provincial and city levels. |
